OUR PROCESS

No matter how you reach out—whether it's through our office, email, Facebook, Instagram, a text from a friend who referred us, or any other way—we are available and ready to connect. Together, Trista (the designer) and Jon (the general contractor) will schedule the first available appointment that works for you. Whether it's on-site for a renovation, at a location for a commercial buildout, or in our office to discuss your new build, we are there to meet and listen.

We want to hear all of your ideas and learn about your dream spaces to kick off our design process. Our goal is to create the perfect space for you, all while staying within your budget. Once we have a clear vision of what you want and your budget, we dive into the design phase—and this is where the fun begins! We’ll work through as many edits as needed until your plans are just right.

After finalizing the plans, we’ll move on to the selections. This is where we go over every single detail—nothing is overlooked. Once your selections and pricing are approved, the construction phase begins!

During the build, you'll have a dedicated designer, construction manager, and project manager to guide you every step of the way. You’ll also have direct access to both the president and vice president of the company throughout the entire process.

And finally—after all the hard work is done—we hand you the keys to your beautifully crafted space!
